Terms & Fees – LHR Review Check

As at: May 2026

These terms apply to the use of the free review check as well as to the chargeable lawyer’s demand letter of LHR Rechtsanwälte (Lampmann, Haberkamm & Rosenbaum). The chargeable offer is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Sec. 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

1. Provider

The provider is LHR Rechtsanwälte (Lampmann, Haberkamm & Rosenbaum), Cologne, specialist lawyers for intellectual property law. The full provider identification can be found in the Imprint.

2. Free review check

3. Lawyer’s demand letter – description of services

4. Fees

5. Conclusion of contract & payment

The lawyer’s contract for the preparation and dispatch of the demand letter is concluded upon completion of the order process (successful payment). Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe; payment data is processed exclusively there. (Add available payment methods before going live.)

6. Business status / no consumer right of withdrawal

The offer is aimed exclusively at businesses (Sec. 14 BGB). By placing the order you confirm that you are doing so in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity. A statutory consumer right of withdrawal (Secs. 355 et seq. BGB) therefore does not exist for businesses. (To be reviewed by a lawyer before going live; should the offer nevertheless be open to consumers, a full withdrawal instruction must be added.)

7. Liability and no guarantee of success

The firm is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. No liability is assumed for the outcome (removal of the review by the platform). The AI initial assessment and the automated determination of factual claims may contain errors; the lawyer’s review before dispatch is decisive.

8. Data protection

The firm’s privacy policy applies.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. (Add place of jurisdiction and further clauses as needed.)
