About Thomas Herro, LL.M.

Attorney Thomas Herro LL. M. has been working for LHR Rechtsanwälte since April 2014 and has been a partner in the firm since January 2021. As a "specialist lawyer for intellectual property law", he specializes in competition, trademark and corporate personality law and advises established companies as well as start-ups from a wide range of industries. During his practice, he has successfully represented the interests of his clients in numerous court proceedings, in particular in preliminary injunction proceedings.

The Amazon platform has been a focus of his work for several years. Over time, he has been able to familiarize himself with how the platform works from a retailer's perspective. This enables Thomas Herro LL. M. to represent the interests of his clients in the best possible way. He has also conducted numerous injunction and main proceedings against various Amazon companies, both on the plaintiff's and defendant's side. His clients include retailers, vendors and national and international providers of software solutions that operate in direct competition with Amazon.

He also supports clients from the sports business, particularly in eSports. In addition to players, agencies, clubs and organizations, he also advises sponsors on all relevant issues of sports law, with contract drafting being one of his core activities. As Head of Legal of the esports organization Angry Titans (Valorant) and Managing Director of the esports organization Tempered Fate (League of Legends) he knows the needs of his clients very well and speaks their language.
