About Evgeny Pustovalov

Evgeny Pustovalov has been working as a lawyer for LHR since October 2012. He is a specialist lawyer for intellectual property protection and the author of numerous publications in related areas of law. Together with Arno Lampmann, he is the editor and co-author of the Praxishandbuchs Anspruchsdurchsetzung im Wettbewerbsrecht, which was published in the 2nd edition in 2022.

Parallel to his law studies in Moscow, Russia, which he completed in 2005, Mr. Pustovalov studied law at the University of Cologne. He specialized in intellectual property law and fair competition law. He deepened this specialization by completing relevant stations during his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. There, he also gained practical experience in the area of the law on statements.

In our team, Mr. Pustovalov advises and represents clients in the fields of competition, copyright and trademark law. He also specializes in the protection of personal rights of natural and legal persons. He has a particular focus on law enforcement and forensic work, in particular the enforcement and protection of claims and legal positions in summary proceedings for interim legal protection.
