About Sabrina Gärtner

Sabrina Gärtner has been working as a lawyer for LHR Rechtsanwälte since November 2022.

She studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn and at the Université d'Auvergne in Clermont-Ferrand (France) and successfully participated in the program of specialized foreign language training for lawyers in English at the University of Bonn.
As part of her legal traineeship, which she completed at the Regional Court of Bonn, she worked for a renowned law firm specializing in media law, where she was entrusted with handling media law cases with a focus on press law and the right to make statements. She deepened her knowledge while working for the legal department of a well-known publishing group in Berlin.

Sabrina Gärtner strengthens the LHR team in particular in the area of press law, rights of expression and personality rights. She advises and represents clients in the judicial and extrajudicial assertion of personality rights violations on the internet (rating portals, social media) or in the press.

Due to numerous stays abroad and her additional university education, she speaks business fluent English.
