Giuliana Kolb ist seit 2023 als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin für LHR Rechtsanwälte tätig.
Sie studiert an der Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. Ihren universitären Schwerpunkt absolvierte sie erfolgreich im Unternehmens-, Kapitalmarkt- und Steuerrecht mit Spezialisierung auf dem deutschen Steuerrecht. Studienbegleitend hat sie bereits mehrere Jahre in einer auf Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht spezialisierten Kanzlei in Köln gearbeitet und unterstützte dort die Anwälte bei der Bearbeitung von wirtschafts- und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Mandaten sowie im Bereich des Reputationsmanagements.
