About Artur Kantorovich

Artur Kantorovich has been working for LHR as a lawyer since February 2023. He previously supported the firm as a research assistant and trainee lawyer.

He studied at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and the University of Cologne, specializing in intellectual property and competition law. During his studies, he supported the legal department of an IT service provider for the automotive industry with copyright and trademark law issues. During his legal clerkship, which he completed at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, he deepened his knowledge of intellectual property and personality rights at the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich and at a renowned IP boutique in Düsseldorf.

Artur Kantorovich strengthens the LHR team in particular in the area of competition and trademark law. He advises clients on the legally compliant design of their own offers, for example with regard to the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act. He also advises clients on a sustainable trademark strategy. In addition, he represents clients in the defense or assertion of competition and trademark law claims both out of court and in court proceedings.
